My Digital Phoenix recently partnered to create a new entity, The Orchard with the hopes of bringing a new storefront with a high end retail and business to business showroom located in Lafayette, which will exclusively sell Apple products along with compatible third party products, and services for both business to business customers as well as retail customers.
This new entity carries the knowledge and experience of My Digital Phoenix, which has been servicing the Acadiana Apple Community and businesses. My Digital Phoenix has maintained a prominent name for the last two years in the IT market, consulting for and implementing Apple products. Chip Holmes our Lead Technician is an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, Apple Product Professional, Apple Certified Support Professional 10.5, and is a member of the Apple Consultants Network. As he continues to further his education and certifications we will be able to continue to offer the highest level of service and knowledge to our business customers as well as to our consumer clients. My Digital Phoenix has had the privilege of working directly with Apple representatives, like Neil Hitchcock, to assist with service for some of Louisiana's Higher Educational Clients, including Grambling State University and South Louisiana Community College.
The company has built a reputation with clients and business owners through Lafayette Macintosh User Group. The group has been a gateway to providing information to the Apple Community in the Acadiana area, catering to the specific needs of Macintosh users.
We have worked with various vendors such as MacPractice M.D., and Lightspeed to be able to offer our business to business customers the best choices of software to fit their specific needs. Our business clients range from doctors and lawyers, to boutique owners, contractors, architects, and designers. We are available to provide our clients with on-site consultation,implementation, integration, and on going support to fit their needs.
As we enter a transition to a high end retail show room, we are dedicated to continue bringing to Lafayette the business to business services, and solutions with on-site management, integrated into a shopping experience that meets the specific needs of any business from small to corporate clients.
